COLOUR - Straw with green highlights.
NOSE - Invigorating lemon and lime aromas, complemented by hints of passionfruit and floral notes.
PALATE - Revel in zesty citrus flavours of lemon and lime, accompanied by the freshness of pineapple and passionfruit. The medium acidity delivers a refreshing palate and an elegant finish.
FOOD MATCH - Pan-fried whiting with hand-cut chips and steamed asparagus, or fresh oyster platter.
