VINIFICATION & WINEMAKING - The 2022 vintage saw a cooler ripening period in February which has delivered highly aromatic grape aromas and flavours in the wine with the fermentation capturing the pure fruit characteristics. The result is a deeply coloured Cabernet Merlotbursting with fruit flavours and aromas.
COLOUR - Vibrant ruby red hue. NOSE - Mulberry and dark cherry, with some spicy notes. PALATE - This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot hails from our unspoiled Riverland vineyard, beautifully encapsulating the region's abundant ripe fruit characteristics. By uniting Cabernet's succulent currant notes with Merlot's luxurious velvety qualities, we've crafted a wine that's impeccably balanced and teeming with opulent flavors.
