George's Folley NV Sparkling Roussanne is a bright, crisp and clean, easy-drinking drop made from 100% Roussanne grapes grown on our property. With aromas of lemon curd, cashew and nashi pears, these bubbles loudly shout “weddings, parties, anything” celebratory. A gorgeous fine bead will precede the flavour this beautiful Cuvee will impart, as you savour hints of white peach, mineral and biscuit.
Suggested food pairings range from oysters natural, white fish, crayfish sandwiches or smoked salmon with poached eggs, avocado and hollandaise sauce, right through to desserts – think pavlova, lemon tart or fruit salad.
