Tim Freeland and Domenic Torzi source precious Adelaide Plains old vine survival plantings from the 1950s.
Continuing our impressive linage of single vineyard Cab Sauv. Beautiful old vine fruit expresses delicate blueberries and violet, then moves to darker blackberry and mulberry on the palate. Extended tannins draw out the long savoury finish. Drink now to 7+ years. Food match with roast beef or lamb, portabello mushrooms and aged cheeses.
