The Dagger Pinot
The essence of youthful, vibrant Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir from carefully selected vineyards. A bouquet of seductive black cherry overlaid with exotic spices leads to a palate of supple fresh berries, bright acidity and lingering fine grained tannin.

The Cutlass Shiraz
The Cutlass Shiraz shows perfumed pepper spice complimenting rich dark plum and blue fruits. A long, complex palate resolves in a lingering finish of fine grained tannin and spicy oak tones.

The Sabre Pinot
Elegance with length and drive. Floral lift combines with fresh cherries, red fruit and subtle savoury undertones. A complex lingering palate of berries, blossom and spice resolves seamlessly along the palate to a lingering finish with hints of charry oak.
