VINIFICATION & WINEMAKING - The 2021 vintage experienced relatively cooler temperatures, allowing gradual fruit ripening and elevating the flavours and aromas to a beautifully balanced profile. Our Morgan vineyard, blessed with an ideal climate, nurtures Grenache and Shiraz for this classic Australian blend. The harmony of warm days and cool nights provides optimal ripening conditions, while the red sandy loam over ancient sheet limestone ensures perfect-sized and flavourful grape bunches and berries by effectively draining water away from the vines.

NOSE - Opulent aromas of red berry like mulberry, cherry and raspberry, together with spice notes of cinnamon and licorice.

PALATE - A juicy palate exhibits strawberry and cherry fruit with hints of cinnamon and clove. It's medium-bodied with silky tannins to support the ripe fruit flavours. Plush, smooth, long finish.

FOOD MATCH - Beef skewers on the barbecue with kasundi combined with an eggplant tomato and pine nut roast with zaatar.
