VINIFICATION & WINEMAKING - Crafted from our estate grown, mature and low-yielding vines, we pick three varieties on the day best suited for harvest which reflects in this wine. The art of field blending creates a textured and refreshing whitewine with seamless layers of fruit flavours.
COLOUR - Light straw.
NOSE - Lifted and intense lime peach and pineapple aromas.
PALATE - Refreshing and juicy flavours of lime, peach and pineapple, are all interweaved and built with palate complexity. Like a band sounding richer than a soloist, this white blend gives maximum fruit flavours for a rewarding taste.
FOOD MATCH - Antipasto platter, or roast chicken with green salad and potato wedges.
