The Shiraz/Roussanne will surprise you with aromas of mulberries, forest fruit compote, violets and vanilla. Fruit-forward and bright on the palate, it smacks of dark plums and blackberries with hints of rose water and Turkish delight! Fine tannins support the fruit without dryness.
It’s very juicy and lively and would be amazing with a Moroccan Tagine, duck, steak, casseroles, braises and hard cheese.
